Michael J. Stanuszek, Esq. is a Tennessee mediator listed under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31, specializing in both general civil and family law. Rates
Most mediations conducted by a Tennessee mediator are $300/hour plus expenses. However, we are firmly committed to helping those less fortunate. Therefore, in child custody and visitation cases within TN mediation, indigent parents pay nothing for our services. That's right—it's completely free!
Accessible
Mediations with a Tennessee mediator can be booked IMMEDIATELY through our website in four or eight-hour blocks.
We are available to mediate TN mediation SEVEN DAYS A WEEK in our Knoxville office, your office—whether that be in Knoxville or any of the surrounding counties—or by Zoom.
